"I had the most incredible dining experience at Pure&V, where every detail—from the thoughtfully crafted dishes to the perfectly paired natural wines—was unforgettable. What truly made the night special, though, were the shared moments with sommelier Vanessa and chef Pinja. Their passion and warmth brought a personal, authentic touch to the experience—like being welcomed into someone’s home, only with Michelin-worthy food and a cellar full of surprises. "Very intimate setting. Superb dishes— I had the vegetarian menu, and it was amazing. The eggplant + sea fennel dish was a highlight for me. "We experienced an intimate dining experience with wine pairing and were blown away by the food, and the team. This is the best meal we experienced at our time in Nice. We went to two other Michelin restaurants and they were not as delicious and special as Pure & V. I was blown away with the wine pairing, and I’m still dreaming of the delicious food we were served. "We have been visiting Pure et V now 4 times. It has become a go-to place for us, when we are in Nice. We love natural wines and great food with a thoughtful twist, and this combines so well at Pure et V. Vanessa is superb with finding the right wines and here the taste of the food unites with the wines in a way, I have not tried anywhere else. Pinja - who has been the chef there the last 2 years - stands for creativity and excellence in combining taste from different ingredients, so we are here - in my humble opinion - clearly above the "just" 1 star at Michelin. In addition the atmosphere in the restaurant - the "relaxedness" and the tranquility - makes this one of those places you just want to return to. We have by the way had the pleasure and fun to take a look at the fish Steve brings in and sell from Port Lympia in the morning and then eaten it in the evening at Pure et V. "What an amazing place to eat. We had the vegetarian menu and every single course was outstanding, particularly the beet rose with smokey sauce. Outstanding! The chef brought each course to the table and explained it. The waiters and wines were amazing. Really an extraordinary experience. Worth every cent!"

"Was in Nice and my partner made this reservation for my birthday. From start to finish this was one of the best dining experiences we both ever had. He literally cried at some point. Staff was amazing. Felt very comfortable and at home vs other Michelin star restaurants. The chef was nice enough to not only sign the menu for me for my birthday but came out and talked to us for sometime. Even was kind enough to provide us with an extra serving of their dessert which was the last. Would come back in a heartbeat."
